Keith has been involved in commercial real estate since the early 1990s, first as an investor, then later as a full-time broker, developer, and even property manager for his small family boutique, Retail Realty.
During the .com bubble in the early 2000s, Keith worked his way up to a Senior Executive at Q Interactive in Chicago specializing in online marketing and client services. His background in both commercial real estate and technology give the Tenant Tracker team a well-versed perspective on both ends of the commercial real estate tech spectrum.
Mike founded Tenant Tracker in 2015 as a joint-venture with a commercial real estate consulting firm. The original vision was (and remains) to address the absence of technological solutions for the tenant coordination process. Mike is also the managing partner for DeveloperTown, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm that helps build and launch SaaS products.
Mike also an investor, advisor, and board member to numerous startups; and tries to bring that venture experience to the Tenant Tracker team to help position them for growth.
Jimmy manages the development within Tenant Tracker. He has knowledge in a variety of different coding languages but specializes in Ruby on Rails. He joined the team after spending three years at MOBI, a cloud-based software located in the Greater Indianapolis area.
Jimmy has nearly twenty years experience writing code. This gives the team a sophisticated understanding of the development in software improvements and the creation of new features.
Scott Meyer, Director of Sales
Scott comes to Tenant Tracker to head the teams sales efforts after spending 10 years directing sales for real estate software giant, CoStar. There he led a sales team of 10 employees and managed a $5.1 million book of business.
His knowledge of the commercial real estate industry does not stop there. Scott was also a 3-time author of the "Indy CRE Market Report" for the Urban Land Institue.
Brett has been part of the Tenant Tracker team since its inception in January of 2015. He originally joined the team as an intern during the spring semester of his senior year at Indiana University and worked his way into a full-time role. His passion for commercial real estate has him heavily involved in the industry. He is an active member of ULI Chicago, ICSC, and BOMA Indianapolis.
Brett wears a variety of different hats ranging from business development to account management and ongoing client support. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois working out of 1871- Chicago's Center for Technology and Entrepreneurship.
